Belmont Wetlands 6 Block

Solution

Two custom-designed buildings were installed:

1 x 4 – cubicle facility (featuring the 907 & 4xCM10 units).

1 x 6 – cubicle facility (incorporating the 907+ & 6xCM10 units).

To support these high-capacity facilities:

Two ZDU units were implemented to effectively manage leachate and prevent environmental contamination, ensuring the protection of the surrounding wetlands.

Two 200Ah solar systems power the facilities, making them energy-efficient and self-sustaining.

Key Features

High Capacity: The CM10 systems are designed to handle the intensive use typical of peak holiday periods.

Eco-Friendly Design: The ZDU system safeguards the fragile beachside ecosystem by efficiently managing wastewater.

Sustainability: Solar-powered systems minimise environmental impact and reduce reliance on external power sources.

Outcome

The Belmont Wetlands Beachside Toilets have proven to be a robust and sustainable solution, ensuring visitors have access to modern, clean, and reliable facilities while preserving the beauty of the natural environment.
